Recently, our core foreign trade team traveled to Kyrgyzstan and successfully completed the registration and establishment of «Тетик Соода», officially launching our strategic development in the Central Asian railway parts market. During the visit, the team held in-depth meetings with authoritative institutions and senior officials, including Mr. Adilbek uulu Shumkarbek, Director of the National Strategic Initiatives Institute under the President of Kyrgyzstan; Ms. Aspira Zamirovna, Deputy General Manager of Gost Standard (Kyrgyzstan National Certification Center); and Mr. Mu Alan, Deputy Director of the Construction Department of Kyrgyzstan Railways. A comprehensive survey of the local market environment, policy orientation and industry demand was conducted, laying a solid foundation for the orderly development of railway parts foreign trade and demonstrating our strong commitment to expanding overseas markets and serving global railway construction.
As a key hub in Central Asia, Kyrgyzstan is an important node of the Belt and Road Initiative and a critical partner in the landmark China–Kyrgyzstan–Uzbekistan Railway project. The country is vigorously advancing the modernization of railway infrastructure, creating a rising demand for high-quality railway parts. With a total railway length of about 424.6 kilometers, Kyrgyzstan’s railways support approximately 40% of the national cargo transportation. In recent years, with the construction of key sections of the China–Kyrgyzstan–Uzbekistan Railway in Kyrgyzstan, investment in railway development has kept increasing, bringing broad market opportunities for the railway parts industry. Based on precise judgment of local market potential, our company has strategically established a local subsidiary in Kyrgyzstan to realize localized operation and targeted services, supporting local railway construction while expanding our global layout in railway parts foreign trade.
During this visit, our team carried out multi-dimensional exchanges and achieved important phased results:
1. In-depth discussion with the National Strategic Initiatives Institute
We exchanged views on medium and long-term railway construction plans, regional connectivity layout and supply–demand conditions of the railway parts market, gaining valuable insights into industry trends and policy support, which provides important strategic guidance for our product planning and market deployment.
2. Special communication with Gost Standard
We focused on EAC certification for the Eurasian Economic Union, consulting on key technical regulations including TR CU 002/2011 and TR CU 003/2011, as well as certification procedures, standards and compliance requirements. This communication cleared certification obstacles for our products to enter Kyrgyzstan and the Eurasian Economic Union market, ensuring full compliance with local and union regulations.
3. Meeting with Kyrgyzstan Railways
We showcased our comprehensive strength through corporate materials and promotional videos. The Kyrgyz side highly recognized Chinese railway products for their superior cost-effectiveness compared with European and American products, and inquired about prices and parameters of multi-functional railway vehicles, laying a solid groundwork for further cooperation.
4. Extensive industry exchanges and on-site research
We communicated with local railway enterprises and professionals, inspected main line operations and component demand, and learned about local GOST-KG standards. With assistance from Gost Standard, we established initial contact with EAC certification institutions in Kazakhstan, laying a solid foundation for certification, product adaptation and service improvement.
With years of deep cultivation in railway parts foreign trade, our company has earned a sound global reputation for reliable product quality, complete supply chain, rich international trade experience and professional compliance services. Our products cover a full range of railway parts including rail fasteners, spikes, bolts and more, fully meeting diversified needs for railway construction and maintenance in Kyrgyzstan. The establishment of the Kyrgyzstan subsidiary is an important strategic move to deepen cooperation under the China–Kyrgyzstan–Uzbekistan Railway framework and expand the Central Asian market. It also reflects our concrete action to implement the Belt and Road Initiative and promote infrastructure connectivity in Central Asia.
In the future, our Kyrgyzstan subsidiary will fully leverage localized advantages to deepen cooperation with local authorities and industrial partners, accurately match railway construction demand, and provide cost-effective railway parts, professional technical support and efficient after-sales service. Relying on the local entity, we will further explore the Central Asian market and expand into the Eurasian Economic Union region, promoting high-quality development of China–Kyrgyzstan railway parts trade and achieving win–win cooperation. We will join hands with all partners in Kyrgyzstan to support the country’s railway modernization and embrace a brighter future.
The establishment of the Kyrgyzstan subsidiary marks an important milestone in our global strategy and a new starting point for our long-term development in railway parts foreign trade. Taking this opportunity, we will continue to enhance product quality and service standards, actively integrate into the local market, and work with all partners in Kyrgyzstan to build a new blueprint for railway development in Central Asia.
