Rail Tie plates are essential components widely used for both wooden sleepers and concrete sleepers. They are especially diverse in quantity and specifications in turnout and switch systems.
Our company manufactures cast steel, cast iron, welded and machined iron base plates, suitable for all major international rail standards including GB, DIN, ISO, ANSI/ASTM, B7, BS, JIS and others.
Tie plates are installed on sleepers and fastened with rail spikes. The spikes directly clamp the rails to maintain stability. In some configurations, rails are secured on base plates using elastic clips and fasteners.
Our annual production capacity exceeds 10,000 tons. Our products have been widely used in China for many years and exported to customers around the world.
We maintain a complete quality management system, equipped with key inspection devices including metal spectrometers and phased array ultrasonic flaw detectors. All products are processed with CNC machining centers and robotic welding to ensure consistent and reliable quality.
