Main Structural Features of No.12 Single Turnout for 60kg/m Rail 

The turnout switch uses 12.4 m 60AT elastically bendable switch rails featuring a hidden tip design and a stop assembly at the rail heel. 2. The switch rail has two drive points and split external lock units. The first drive point has a designed travel of 160 mm and the second is 75 mm, with an overall theoretical switching force of 3330 N under normal use. 3. Guard rail tie plates use spring clips to fasten stock rails. 

4. We use the split adjustable Type I elastic clip fastening system. Gauge block arrangement: Working rail: No.13, Non-working rail: No.11, High manganese frog: No.13 on one side, No.11 on the opposite; Insulated joints: insulated gauge blocks on both sides; Spare: No.7~17 gauge blocks for field adjustment. 5. The switch is equipped with spring strip slide plates. 6. 5 mm thick rubber pads are placed under rails and guard rail tie plates, while 10 mm rubber pads are installed beneath all other base plates. 7. All turnout rail components feature full-length rail head hardening.
