We supply Russian GOST standard track bolts, with available specifications of M22×75, M22×175 and M27×160, complete with matching nuts. They are compatible with P50, P65 and other standard rails, and are ideal for all GOST railway construction projects in the CIS countries and Eastern Europe. Our bolts are available in a variety of materials and multiple strength grades, and all threads are machined in accordance with ISO specifications. We apply strict visual inspection to all finished products to eliminate surface flaws. Traceable stamp marks are pressed onto each bolt. 1. M22×175 Rail Bolt, GOST 16017 

We offer M22×175 rail bolt, GOST 16017. It is a dedicated fastener applied to the middle part of tracks, and used for clamping rail bases and reinforced concrete sleepers. Full sets are supplied with matching nuts, single washers and double washers. Warranty terms: The product is warranted for a cumulative track traffic volume of no less than 100 million tons, with a maximum 3-year warranty after installation.

2. M22×75 Railway bolts, GOST 16016 

We specialize in manufacturing M22×75 track fastening bolts supplied with complete matching nuts, complying with GOST 16016. It is a separate fastener used to secure steel rails to sleeper bases, available in three styles: Type 1 standard head, Type 1 light head and Type 2.  Warranty: Valid for a cumulative traffic volume of no less than 100 million tons, with a maximum 3-year warranty after installation. Storage requirements: Uncoated components shall be stored with anti-rust treatment for a minimum of 1 year; coated products must be stored separately.

3. M27×160 Fish Plate Bolt, GOST 11530

Our M27×160 fish bolts are applied to clamp double composite rail joints and insulated rail joints for P65 steel rails specified under DSTU 4344, fully conforming to the requirements of GOST 11530. GOST 11530: Joint bolts warrantied for cumulative tonnage ≥100 million tons, max 3-year warranty after installation. The rail bolts with nuts must be stored by coating type in sealed or ventilated warehouses. Anti-rust treatment keeps them free of rust for at least one year.
