Visual Appearance Requirements:
The surface of grooved rubber pads shall be flat and smooth, without any defects including air bubbles, visible scratches, bulges, voids, cracks or delamination. All edges are well-trimmed and free of burrs and warpage, showing our rigorous quality control management.
Marking Requirements:
Each rubber pad shall be clearly marked with 4mm characters, including manufacturer abbreviation, brand trademark and production year, to satisfy the traceability requirements of overseas railway projects.
Sampling Inspection:
We implement strict sampling inspection for all mass production batches. Dimensions are verified by random sampling from every 100 pieces. 3 finished pads are randomly selected daily for physical property testing. Any unqualified batches will undergo full inspection and isolated separately to ensure all goods meet standard requirements.
Standard export packaging:
2 pads per bundle, 10 bundles packed into plastic woven bags and secured with plastic ropes. The moisture-proof packaging is suitable for both sea and land transportation.
