1. Railroad Dog Spike
We specialize in manufacturing various types of dog spikes in railway. We offer GOST 5812-2014 standard size 16×16×165 (equivalent to 5/8"×6"), as well as the full range of AREMA & ASTM A65-25 standard sizes: 5/8"×6", 5/8"×5-1/2", 1/2"×4-1/2", 3/8"×3", and 3/8"×3-1/2". All our specifications are suitable for heavy-duty main line railways, ordinary branch lines and light mine tracks across multiple construction projects. Railroad Dog Spike Technical Requirements
1. All rail spikes shall be fabricated from Q235 hot-rolled square steel. 2. The shank surface shall be smooth, with flash not exceeding 1 mm. The offset of the shank relative to the head centerline shall not exceed 1 mm in all directions. 3. No cracks are permitted at the junction between the spike head jaw and shank. 4. The cutting edge of the spike tip shall be straight. The point shall be free of detrimental burrs and folds detrimental to service use. 5. Spike surfaces shall be free of blisters, overburn defects and service-impairing cracks.
