We supply GOST 33184-2014 compliant rail fish plates suitable for R50, R65 and R75 railway rails. Two configurations are offered: 4-hole and 6-hole patterns, with overall lengths of 820 mm and 1000 mm. And we fabricate GOST fishplates using Grade 55 steel — the same material as rails. The matching thermal expansion coefficient enables our plates to avoid joint loosening and stress concentration caused by temperature variations.

Chemical composition testing performed on fish plate raw samples demonstrates that K54 and E54 steel must adhere to DSTU 8846 specifications, and Grade 55 steel shall follow DSTU 7809 per Table below.

GOST R65 Rail Fish Plates and Splice Bars Manufacturing Processing Requirements
Gas flame cutting and electric arc cutting are prohibited for fishplate processing;
No burrs or bulged irregularities on fishplate ends and bolt hole edges;
minor trimming is allowed without exceeding dimensional tolerances;
No metal chipping shall occur when cutting steel bars or drilling bolt holes;
Welding repair or reworking to fix any defects on raw steel bars and finished fishplates is strictly forbidden.
