50, 60kg/m glued insulated rail joint, comply with TB/T 2975

Technical requirements: 

1. They are made from 55 steel or superior quality steel materials. Its mechanical properties and other requirements shall comply with the specifications for joint bars in TB/T 2975. 2. After heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the fishplates comply with the requirements specified in TB/T 2975. The bonding surfaces and bolt hole edges are chamfered at a 45-degree angle, with a width of 0.8-1.5 mm. The surfaces are smooth and free of burrs. The bonding surfaces are sandblast or grinding to remove rust, oil, and moisture.

3. Sandblast or grind the bonding surface to remove rust, oil and moisture. Allowable dimensional deviations should meet TB/T 2975 requirements. 4. Products should be marked with factory code, specifications and production date. 5. Glued insulated fishplate applicable to 60kg rail, same technical standards as 50kg rail.

Technical requirements:

1. All edges and bolt holes on the inner bonding surface must be chamfered at 1.5×45° and polished smoothly. The inner surface must be smooth without burrs or unevenness, and all other edges shall be polished smoothly. 2. The joint bar must be flattened and straightened without bending.  Its total deflection shall be no more than 0.25mm when inspected with straightedge. 3. Each glued insulated joint bar shall be clearly marked with manufacturer, serial number, production date and specification on outer surface. 4. Material: 55# steel  5. Weight: 33.5kg
