The KB-65 baseplate acts as the core load-bearing component, and two independent bolt assemblies perform separate functions: rail clamping and fastening the baseplate to the sleepers. It can evenly distribute train loads, securely maintain track gauge, and provide excellent vibration damping and electrical insulation performance.

Our KB-65 Rail Baseplate is one of the key components of KB-65 Separate rail fastening systems for 1520 mm broad‑gauge railway tracks. Below is its drawing for your reference. It is positioned beneath the rail and above the concrete sleeper. In conjunction with its dedicated rail fasteners, it forms a stable bolt‑and‑clamp connection. It evenly distributes loads from rolling stock, restricts rail displacement, and provides the required rail cant (the inward inclination angle of the rail toward the gauge side).

2. Type CP143/74 Rail Pad (Прокладка ЦП143/74)
The type CP143/74 rail pad we supply is installed under the rail foot of GOST‑compliant R‑65 rails for 1520 mm broad‑gauge tracks. It is widely used with the KB‑65 fastening system for concrete sleepers, and is also compatible with other systems including KB‑50 and KD‑65.
3. Type CP-328 Rail Rubber Pad (Прокладка ЦП328)
Our CP‑328 is an under‑sleeper rubber pad. Its primary function is to serve as a shock‑absorbing element in railway track assemblies. It is installed between reinforced concrete sleepers and the KB‑65 steel base plate.
They are manufactured from special rubber compounds, offering excellent wear resistance. Our intermediate rail clamp for GOST R65 rails is manufactured in accordance with GOST 22343-2014. It is applied to split-type rail fastening systems including КБ-65 and КД-65, serving to firmly press the rail foot onto the rail base plate. It holds the rail in position to prevent displacement and overturning under train loads, while absorbing vibration loads. This clamp, combined with M22 clamping bolts, nuts and washers, forms a complete rail fastening unit of the КБ-65 split-type rail fastening system.
