Type WJ-8 Rail Fastening System
The WJ-8 ballastless track fastener system is developed to suit high-speed railway tracks with shoulders and fulfill relevant technical requirements for passenger dedicated lines. It offers high elasticity, excellent stability, adjustable track gauge, good insulation, long service life. It applies to high-speed railways operating at 250 km/h and above, combined passenger and freight lines, bridge sections and full tunnel structures. It copes well with harsh climates featuring wide temperature variations and high humidity. Therefore, it has been widely used on China's double-track high-speed railways spanning 50,000 kilometers, maintaining consistently stable and reliable performance.
Type WJ-8 Rail Fastening System Components
The WJ-8 fastener system that we offer consists of screw spikes, flat washers, elastic clips, insulation blocks, rail gauge baffles, rail pads, base plates, elastic pads under base plates and embedded sleeves. To adjust rail height, it also includes rail adjusting shims and base plate height-adjusting shims.
