Appearance and Cracks: The clips shall have no burrs or scratches affecting assembly, and no cracks on the surface.
Hardness: 44-48 HRC.
Metallographic structure: The metallographic structure shall consist of uniform tempered troostite and tempered sorbite, with minor discontinuous ferrite permissible in the core.
Total decarburized layer depth: ≤0.20 mm.
Fastening force: ≥11.0 kN.
Fatigue performance: No fracture after fatigue test, residual deformation ≤1.0 mm.
Anti-rust performance: The clip shall meet dimensional accuracy and performance requirements after anti-rust treatment, and anti rust indexes shall comply with requirements for the service area.
